Textbooks and resources
Parents have the option of using the school's voluntary (non compulsory) student resource scheme (SRS), which provides students with the text and learning resources (publications, worksheets, diaries etc.) for each year or parents may choose to purchase all resources required privately. Education Queensland supplements the cost of these resources so the cost to parents is very reasonable compared with purchasing individual texts and resources.

User-pays subject levies
These are additional direct costs for consumables and these are outlined under each subject where appropriate. They cover some excursions, activities and materials that are course requirements. Additional excursions and activities may arise but these are elective rather than a course requirement.
Printing
Each student automatically receives $5 worth of printing credit per year to use across the school's networked printing facilities. Once students have exhausted this balance, they will need to contribute further funds to continue printing. A4 printing is charged at 5c per black and white page and 15c per colour page.
